Questar’s Predictive Vehicle Health Management (PVHM) is now part of Bridgestone’s Webfleet Solution

Webfleet, Bridgestone’s global fleet management solution, and Questar Auto Technologies have launched an AI-powered Predictive Vehicle Health Management (PVHM) solution that enables fleet managers to identify and address vehicle issues before they occur. Announced on 29 October 2025, the collaboration integrates Questar’s leading AI powered Vehicle Health Management and proprietary machine learning models into the Webfleet platform.

PVHM from provides 360° fleet visibility across past performance, current conditions, and future risk. The solution supports proactive maintenance planning helping fleet managers to reduce unexpected downtime, lower maintenance costs, and improve overall vehicle availability. The approach shifts fleet operations from reactive fixes to preventive care at scale.

Jan-Maarten de Vries, President of Fleet Management Solutions at Bridgestone, called it the first large-scale integration of predictive vehicle health management in one interface. Questar CEO Vered Mandelboum-Josef emphasized that Webfleet from Bridgestone embracing predictive health management sets a new industry standard, moving fleets toward a future with minimal unexpected downtime.

Predictive Vehicle Health Management is now available to Webfleet customers in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, and Hungary.
